An operator, a manager and a monster from outer space?!? Yes, you read that right. The Foncsi has created an offbeat comic strip about safety and professionalism.

Everyone is told that they must be a ‘good professional’ including when it comes to safety. But what does that mean? And, above all, how does a manager go about achieving it, given all of the other things they have to do?

This comic strip uses a discussion between a manager and an operator to illustrate the issues, and explore practices that are alternative or complementary to traditional safety training. And if the characters may seem a little cheeky, it’s because we have deliberately exaggerated the issues to encourage debate and (above all) have fun...
